Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at BuyPPE. We strive to provide high-quality personal protective equipment and workplace safety products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team through our Contact Page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
3. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact our customer support team through our Contact Page. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as the shipping costs for the new item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Customized or personalized items
- Items that are clearly marked as non-returnable
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team through our Contact Page within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
8. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
